Cozy stay with nice decor, but wi-fi was spotty. Great for hiking nearby.

Outside areas need maintenance!!! Mislabeling shampoo and conditioner can be confusing!!! Lack of on-premises reception creates unnecessary hassles!!! Second-day room service promised but not delivered!!! Awkward curtain fit lets in too much sunlight!!!

The outdoor hot tub was a dream! So relaxing after hiking. Room was spacious and the shower was great. Just wished the check-in process was quicker, it took a bit to get someone on the line.

We stayed here with our young baby and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The location is great for hitting the hiking trails and exploring Sedona's amazing scenery. Plus, the rooms were air-conditioned and had all the essentials like coffee and bathrobes, which were a nice touch.
My kids wished there was an area for them to play outside safely. It would be fantastic if they could create a small outdoor space for families.

A hot water kettle would be a nice addition.

The Queen Room was decent but could definitely use some love. It was clean, though the carpet felt a bit grimy. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the bathroom was surprisingly large! But, I struggled with the short blackout curtains letting in a ton of light in the morning. Also, the towels were super thin and barely soaked up water. Just felt a little outdated and basic overall.

cozy but lacking in space
The room was small but efficiently arranged, maximizing the available space. The lovely garden seating looked appealing, even though it was snow-covered during our visit, and I could tell it would be a perfect spot in warmer weather. I appreciated the plenty of counter space in the bathroom and the ample closet storage available.
